These photos were taken August 5th and 6th, 2006, on a trip through Minturn, Leadville, over Tennessee and Independence passes, Aspen, Glenwood Springs, and back to Eagle. I borrowed the bike, a Honda Hawk GT 650, from Cindy. It ran great and as I found out later, is a sought-after sportbike. It was one of the first sportbikes with a single-sided swingarm. Finding one in good condition takes some time – they are very reliable and most have quite a few miles on them. I was on a business trip to Eagle – what a great way to spend a weekend.
